I am accepted by all health insurance carriers as an Out-of-Network provider. While I am no longer on any managed care network panels, I will provide you with a full receipt should you wish to submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment process:  Clients who have out-of-network insurance pay me at the time of service and get reimbursed. Options for payment include Advekit and IvyPay, which allows a credit/debit card to be kept on file through and charged prior to the beginning of each session.  HSA and FSA cards are also accepted forms of payment.  

 

I reserve two reduced-fee appointment slots in my practice on an on-going basis.  These are first come, first served and based on financial need.  (Please note: these are currently filled.)
